Spent Christmas at this cozy hotel and loved it! The rooms were very comfortable and had a warm feel to them. The staff was incredibly polite and enthusiastic, and the security at night made us feel very safe. The location of the hotel was a huge plus, with easy access to delicious restaurants, great shopping, and amazing cafes. The fact that the rooms were very spacious and airy, with lots of natural light coming in, was also appreciated. our stay here was very enjoyable and the prices were very reasonable.

While the hotel had many positive aspects, we did encounter a few negatives. For one, the walls were quite thin and we could hear some noise from surrounding rooms.
